Depression is the feelings of sadness, loss, or anger that interfere with a person’s everyday activities.Depression is common and it affects millions of people.
The feeling of been afraid, worried, anxious and overwhelmed the constantly changing alerts and media coverage regarding the spread of the virus is constantly affecting the state of mind of other people.
Major depression can cause anger, aggressiveness, irritability, anxiousness, restlessness, increase in blood pressure.
Everybody is prone to depression. Children show depression anger, mood swings, crying, avoiding friends or siblings, difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much.

The current level of depression is affecting the sexual desire of people and the sexual performance of some men. Its also affecting the ability to concentrate on a specific task.

Creating creative ways to stay connected with others during the stay home period either phones calls or video calls can help reduce ones tension. Increase the time for the indoor activities you enjoy the most to help beat the boredom time.
