Everybody is prone to depression. Children show depression anger, mood swings, crying, avoiding friends or siblings, difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much.
The current level of depression is affecting the sexual desire of people and the sexual performance of some men. Its also affecting the ability to concentrate on a specific task.
Suppressing your feelings and emotions may seem like a strategic way to cope with the negative symptoms of depression but this technique is unhealthy. Its best to manage ones exposure to the media as it can increase the fear and anxiety level.
Creating creative ways to stay connected with others during the stay home period either phones calls or video calls can help reduce ones tension. Increase the time for the indoor activities you enjoy the most to help beat the boredom time.
Dont become a depression patient when COVID19 is no more in the system.
