The town Circle in Ghana is a suburb of Accra which is known to be one of the hot spots for thieves and fraudulent activities for years now.
Going to buy something at Circle means one has to be very vigilant and careful because one could be stolen or duped easily.
Unfortunately for a young man, he fell very flat to this fraudulent activities as he was sold ‘soap’ as a phone in a video that has gone viral.
In the video, the Circle boy is seen exchanging the original phone with something that looked like a phone but definitely what the man purchased.
The Circle boy was very swift with the exchange and the man didn’t notice or suspect anything and paid him off as he was handed over a ‘soap’ as phone.
People are advised to be extra careful with their dealings when they visit Circle for business transactions and also visit shops there rather than boys walking about.
